Mr C.S. Choi, also known as Jones, shot to fame with his tasty Fried Bread Crab. 6 years later, in order to allow customers to enjoy more variety og great food, he moved to a new location but the quality of his signature dish remains unchanged. The orange-red crabs have already attracted people's attention before they are eaten. This dish is known for its sweet, sour and slightly spicy taste.
